We are looking for an experienced games industry Customer Success Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our innovative gaming platform.

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team and champion the success of our platform users. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and maximizing their value from our platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support, guidance, and strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform users, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Onboard new users onto the platform, guiding them through the setup process and providing training on platform features and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive user engagement on the platform.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives with business objectives.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive user retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the gaming industry.
