Customer Success Associate

Sinch ClickSend is a global cloud-based SaaS communications platform for businesses and developers that enables companies of all shapes and sizes to easily and cost effectively communicate with their customers and staff via multiple channels. Sinch ClickSend has SMS at its core and powers billions of messages annually but has expanded to become a true all-in-one multi-channel business communications platform offering SMS, MMS, RCS, Email, Voice, Fax and Post by dashboard, API or hundreds of integrations.

The Customer Success Associate will focus on providing support to new users joining the platform as part of their onboarding. The role requires both the empathy of a support specialist as well as the product knowledge of an educator. The Customer Success Associate is part of the Sales team and is driven to increase the revenue generated by the user.


To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an inside sales or customer success position. You have a passion for service and client support. Along with the ability to prioritise tasks and work through opportunities in Salesforce and across the tech stack. You love the rush of sales and achieving quota. Be a great listener and show a high degree of patience and empathy. You are always ready to learn and know how to celebrate wins.


  • Proven sales phone skills, customer success or inside sales experience, ideally gained within a SMS, SaaS or telecommunications environment.
  • A solid understanding of metrics, progress and engaging with dashboards.
  • Customer focus and genuine interest in understanding and filling their needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the drive to succeed with the team in the region.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.


This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines and will require someone to have their own tools and reliable internet connection.
