LogiSense is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to join our team and work on fascinating technology, while enjoying a work-from-home virtual environment with an outstanding group of people who are solving new challenges around monetizing IoT, Communications and XaaS products and services for Enterprise customers. 

As a key member of our implementation team, you’ll help us analyze customer requirements and provide sustainable solutions in line with company objectives which involve conducting initial requirement gathering and documentation, conducting JAD sessions, designing overall implementation solutions, deploying solutions (migrate, implement, integrate), coordinating UAT test cycles with customers, helping launch customer, and providing post launch support as needed with our industry-leading usage-based billing platform that offers companies a new way to do business.

The position

As a LogiSense Customer Solutions Architect, you’ll do more than troubleshoot and implement code – you’ll become an expert in understanding what our clients need our software to do and in creatively executing plans to get there. Working closely with Product Management, you will contribute directly to the growing capabilities of our industry leading billing platform.

Be Good At:

  • Applying your experience: Five (5) to eight (8) years in analyzing and documenting customer requirements with the ability to derive sustainable solutions meeting company objectives; Five (5) to eight (8) years implementing or supporting solutions in a SaaS environment; Three (3) to four (4) years working with JavaScript.
  • Demonstrating your technical background with a post secondary education in computer science or a related field
  • Demonstrating your skills on SQL Scripting
  • Displaying your knowledge of conducting JAD sessions and experience in managing solution development cycles
  • Illustrating your understanding of ETL processes and large scale customer data migrations
  • Troubleshooting issues during unit system testing and user acceptance testing
  • Providing knowledge transfer and document operational procedures to support a successful transition to the LogiSense’s support team
  • Working with the Project Manager and Senior Consultants/Solution Architect in the delivery of end-to-end solutions
  • Working on reducing implementation timelines using automation and config as code approach
  • Following best practices in the documentation of the solution including reporting and integration requirements and specifications
  • Experience in: Python, Billing and Rating industry with a focus on Telecommunications, IoT, Subscriptions would earn you bonus points!
