Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service strategies
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
