Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, soft-spoken, and polite male Sales Representative to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone based in the Philippines with excellent communication skills, a humble and service-driven attitude, and a strong ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers. You will handle both inbound (50%) and outbound (50%) calls, assisting customers, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth and accurate sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over the phone (50% inbound, 50% outbound calls).
- Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and requests with professionalism and patience.
- Provide efficient and accurate service while offering a friendly and approachable experience.
- Maintain proper call etiquette, showing empathy, attentiveness, and clarity.
- Accurately manage and calculate sales data—ensuring there are no errors in orders or amounts.
- Use CRM and internal tools for documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and customer needs.
- Adhere to a fixed schedule aligned with New York business hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM NY time).
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Excellent spoken English, with the right American intonation and pronunciation, especially in verbs and nouns.
- Ability to carry in-depth, natural conversations in English—not just formal business talk.
- Polite, humble, and soft-spoken demeanor—able to serve with a smile even over the phone.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable with math and numbers to avoid errors during the sales process.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace (little to no animal/background noise).
- A reliable Windows computer/laptop.
