About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to join the team and provide best in class support to our customers. This is a remote position working Monday – Friday, 9-5 ET (the hours may vary closer to the events). There is some travel required (~5-10%) to be onsite at events.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels including verbal and written
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Knowledge of HLTH products inside and out so that questions can be answered independently and accurately
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Advanced English 
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using computers and phones
  • Experience working in customer support
  • Tech Savvy
