About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our wholesale operations team and help deliver exceptional support to our boutique and retail partners. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between customers, sales, and fulfillment—managing order processing, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining strong relationships through clear, professional communication.

You’ll be working primarily via email, ensuring that orders are reviewed, approved, and released for shipping once all checks are complete. You’ll also provide support for any issues that arise during the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for wholesale customer inquiries, primarily via email
  • Review boutique and retailer orders to ensure all requirements are met before release
  • Process orders in NetSuite, confirm details, and coordinate release for shipment
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics partners to monitor order status and resolve any shipping issues
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and adjustments within NetSuite
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with reporting, escalations, and special projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners through clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Assist with troubleshooting order discrepancies, shipping delays, or inventory questions

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer service, order management, or wholesale support role
  • Prior experience using NetSuite for order entry and processing (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive problem-solver who can navigate unexpected challenges calmly and professionally
  • Familiar with wholesale operations or working with boutique/retail clients (a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative remote team
