JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Customer Service and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer service inquiries, assist with marketing efforts, collaborate with influencers, and manage affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service, a strong understanding of marketing, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with influencers and affiliates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer concerns, including order tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential marketing opportunities, such as gift guides.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and engage with potential influencers for collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates.
  • Monitor and track the performance of influencer and affiliate partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service and outreach coordinator experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with card games or similar products is a bonus.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
