What the Job Involves:
- Be the main point of contact for our clients’ customers, whether via chat, email, or phone.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
- Carry out and manage data changes, service requests, orders, etc. in our systems with care.
- Provide tailored solutions to customers based on your expertise.
- Handle customer service inquiries for various projects simultaneously to keep things diverse.
- Take on additional inbound and outbound sales tasks: we’re looking for people with strong sales affinity who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone!
Requirements
- Previous experience as a customer service agent or in customer support, along with proven sales experience, is essential.
- Strong—ideally native-level—German skills, both written and spoken.
- Quick comprehension and a preference for independent work.
- Solid PC skills and reliability in handling data.
- Enjoy communication, interacting with customers, and working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community.
- A stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup are required.
