With extensive experience, they have built, optimized, and scaled hundreds of campaigns on the biggest social media platforms.

About the role:

They are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role is primarily focused on customer service and account management, ensuring seamless communication with clients, conducting quarterly account reviews, and identifying potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and capable of maintaining and growing client relationships in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
      • Conduct quarterly account reviews to assess performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
      • Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
      • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and industry trends.
      • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activities.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies to better serve clients.

Requirements

      • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
      • Strong communication skills – proactive, direct, and able to manage client relationships effectively.
      • Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads is essential; familiarity with Google Ads is a plus.
      • Fast learner with a “velocity” mindset, able to adapt quickly in a high-speed work environment.
      • Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
