About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Representative to be the friendly and professional first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls. You’ll handle incoming inquiries from leads (including Yelp), route them to the right department or team member, and assist directly when appropriate. You will also follow up on missed calls and ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role requires someone with a great phone presence, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. A sales or real estate background is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and gather key information from prospective or current clients.
- Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or team member.
- Return missed calls promptly and follow up on leads.
- Provide basic information or assistance to callers when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed notes and client updates in CRM platforms.
- Support internal communication and task tracking via Asana.
- Deliver a positive, personable, and professional experience on every call.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and confident on the phone.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Asana or similar task management software is preferred.
- Dual-screen setup required for efficient multitasking.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a bonus.
