Customer Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding/Implementation Specialist with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing customer data for platform ingestion. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, data formatting, and analysis. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to think critically about how customers fill out data sheets.
This is a fully remote position, requiring availability Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, clean, and organize customer data in Excel/Google Sheets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Use functions such as VLOOKUP, Index Match, and formulas to prepare data for system import.
- Identify missing information or formatting issues, communicate these with customers, and ensure corrections before data upload.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify data-related queries.
- Assist in maintaining internal records, setting up accounts, and handling ongoing data maintenance.
- Pull data for kickoff and reporting calls.
- Contribute to process improvements for data onboarding.
- Support in building presentation decks as needed.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Index Match, and complex formulas.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Experience in data cleaning, formatting, and preparation for system integration.
- Ability to handle large data sets and spot discrepancies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple data-related tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data management platforms or systems is a plus.
