Customer Care Assistant

As a Customer Care Assistant at AET Direct Express, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify customer needs and upsell additional products or services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database with relevant information.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
