CRM Manager
Green Cari is looking for a talented and experienced Senior CRM Manager to join our team. As the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will play a critical role in leveraging customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted campaigns across various channels.
The Head of CRM / Senior CRM Manager holds a crucial role within the organization, with the primary responsibility of developing and implementing strategies to optimize the lifetime value of players on our online casino websites.
Responsibilities
- Optimizing communication to new and existing clients via email and other methods.
- Using data and business intelligence tools to segment the player database and communicate with them efficiently.
- Organizing marketing campaigns to increase the conversion, retention, and reactivation rate of existing customers.
- Devising strategies in collaboration with senior management and implementing tactics to ensure a high percentage of player conversion to real money play, as well as maximizing customer retention and reactivation.
- Managing player communications for 3 or more websites using email, SMS, and other methods
- Developing and implementing strategies, tactics, and flows to convert, retain, and reactivate players
- Analyzing player data to optimize communications and targeting, utilizing statistical analysis to continually improve CRM programs
- Enhancing messaging through AB testing and other techniques
- Collaborating with the casino management team, creative team, and copywriting team to create and deliver impactful messages and offers
- Cooperating with third-party providers
- Generating reports on CRM activities and KPIs
- Performing other responsibilities related to online marketing
Requirements
- 3 years+ experience in the Gaming Industry
- 1+ years of CRM experience in Gaming Industry, including experience with email marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Analytically minded, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in the English language, including written and verbal communication skills
