One of our companies is currently looking for a Credit Administration Lead in Mexico.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Administration Lead to support and coordinate operational strategies across customer service and collections teams. In this role, you’ll serve as the main liaison with finance and accounting departments, handling internal procedures and vendor processes related to payment reconciliations. You’ll be responsible for driving performance through data analysis, team leadership, and continuous process improvement. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fintech environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure service levels are consistently met across back-office processes.
  • Manage and resolve payment discrepancies and clarifications in coordination with financial institutions and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer payment issues and support monthly account reconciliations with accounting.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and documentation for decision-making and trend analysis.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, drive performance improvements, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for legal and regulatory follow-ups, including SIGE and CONDUSEF inquiries.
  • Coordinate scheduling, vacation planning, and professional development for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and collections within a contact center environment.
  • At least 6 months of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk and financial products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; data analysis and reporting experience required.
  • Advanced English and excellent Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Leadership abilities with knowledge of coaching techniques and team development.
  • Familiarity with operational functions in customer success and back-office environments.
