Creative Strategist for E-commerce
We are looking for a passionate Creative Strategist to join our marketing team and help our DTC brands increase ROI with performance creatives. Please only apply if you have prior experience in scripting video and static ads and overseeing the work of graphic designers and video editors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop performance ads for Meta, Google, and native ad platforms.
- Manage the production of compelling video and static ads that resonate with the brand’s buyer persona.
- Perform consumer, product, and competitor research.
- Write scripts, copy, and creative briefs for video and static image ads.
- Analyze data in Meta Ads Manager and utilize this analysis to iterate.
- Oversee an internal creative team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, creative concepts, and strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of paid social and direct response marketing experience.
- Passionate creative mindset.
- Expertise in creating static and video ads for Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous creatives.
- Great project management skills.
- Experience working with DTC brands and cooperating with video editors, graphic designers, studios, and creators.
- Knowledge of best practices in creative production to continuously improve the creatives.
