Creative Strategist for DTC Brands

Adfix is a growth agency specialized on paid search & social for ambitious DTC brands and retailers around the world. We don’t have a an office in Manhattan or attend pitches for million dollar budgets, but we’ve been fortunate to grow with our clients. To be frank, we rarely land clients with million dollar budgets out of the blue. Instead, We nurture up-and-coming brands and help them scale to 8 figures and beyond.

We’re looking for a creative strategist to help us drive success for our projects through innovative and effective visual storytelling. This role is a blend of strategic planning and getting your hands dirty with the creative process, particularly in video editing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both creative strategy and visual design, capable of conceptualizing and potentially executing high-impact creatives.

Role Type: Initially part-time (up to 20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Mission of the role: to support brands and media buying teams with their content creation.

  • In-depth analysis of each brand and it’s market.
  • Develop creative briefs that meet campaign goals.
  • Strategize and execute compelling visual content, particularly in video, aligning with both image and video formats. Dive into hands-on video editing, crafting stories that captivate and convert
  • Work with designers, providing direction and feedback to ensure the final creative assets meet objectives.
  • Curate and manage visual assets, including sourcing photos and videos from client-provided materials (Dropbox, social media, emails, websites) for creative development.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future creative strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in creative tools and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas and approaches to the team.


  • Proven experience in creative strategy within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency setting.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of creative work across various media.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools.

Working Hours

Most of the team is based in Europe. Although we offer flex-time, we need you to able available between 9am-1pm EST for team & client calls.
