The role:
Zoopla are seeking a talented and motivated Software Trainer to join our corporate delivery team. As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to customers on various new homes software platforms. You’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of software to our largest corporate clients. Providing support to the delivery teams, maintaining educational content and presenting to large audiences.
This role is for an initial 9 month contract with the possibility of further extension or permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs and materials for software applications
- Deliver high-quality training sessions, covering topics such as software functionality, process training, tips and tricks
- Work with external training teams to help produce comprehensive training strategies and plans
- Provide one-to-one coaching and support to software champions
- Presenting to customers in small, medium and large cohorts
- Monitor progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Create and maintain documentation of training materials and procedures
- Work with product teams to keep up to date with new product features and releases, ensuring content is maintained to include new releases
- Deliver onsite training as required to support customer software rollout
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Trainer
- Excellent client relationship skills – good at building relationships, establishing and maintaining rapport at all levels of the business. Good communicator and ability to be flexible
- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering training sessions
- Ability to present to a corporate customers & C-suite level training delivery
- Proven ability to design and develop effective training programs
- Ability to prioritise workload and work alone without supervision
- Knowledge of product design and build is desirable
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders
- Able to work comfortably and efficiently under pressure in a fast changing environment
- Experience with a range of software applications used in an office environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Valid UK Driving licence and travel required to client sites (circa 2 times a month)
