Compliance Operations Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Day to Day Activities
- Screening alerts
- As an ongoing project, these alerts will continue be created and will require clearing on an ongoing basis.
- Clearance of the backlog and then maintaining the new alert volumes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Compliance Operations Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
