Compliance Officer
We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding compliance team at 3 Oaks Gaming on the Isle of Man. If you are an experienced compliance professional and want to join our team as Compliance Officer, then we want to hear from you. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects across the multi-jurisdictional compliance sphere.
Requirements
- Appropriate degree (business, legal or compliance).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an online gaming business.
- Sound understanding of B2B compliance requirements applicable to United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Romania, Malta, Greece.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support compliance efforts to operate in new and existing jurisdictions.
- Assist with compliance research to provide guidance to the business.
- Stay updated on industry news, trends, regulatory changes and provide updates to the team.
- Contribute towards the development and implementation of compliance internal documentation, as needed.
- Assist with drafting and updating compliance policies and/or procedures required to operate within different jurisdictions.
- Assist with completing new license applications and license renewals for various jurisdictions.
- Assist with registering games for various jurisdictions.
- Carry out ongoing post-licensing monitoring of license conditions, and associated tasks.
- Prepare reports and submissions to regulatory bodies.
- Assist with monitoring compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions, build compliance matrices, and support compliance team accordingly.
- Support our Head of Compliance with any compliance related matters that may arise, be hands on and willing to assist.
You will work closely with:
You will report to our Head of Compliance, but depending on the project you are working on,
you will collaborate across business units.
