Salary: 306000 RAND P/Y (R25,500 P/M)

About the Role:
As a Compliance/Performance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that your company is compliant with the federal and state laws. role in ensuring that our organization’s services meet required standards and exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and compliance metrics to enhance service delivery to people with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Duties:
∙ Ensure the company meets all NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) requirements and standards.
∙ Monitor and enforce the company’s policies and procedures related to NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) service delivery.
∙ Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance or areas for improvement.
Improvement in alignment with NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) standards.
∙ Stay updated with changes in NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) regulations and ensure the company’s practices align with
the goals.
∙ Liaise with NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) Commission, auditors, or other regulatory bodies as required.
∙ Implement and manage training sessions for employees on NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) compliance matters.
Performance Management Duties:
∙ Develop, monitor, and ensure service delivery teams are meeting their KPIs in providing care
under the NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) framework.
∙ Provide regular feedback and reports to department heads regarding the team and individual
performance.
∙ Implement performance improvement plans for teams or individuals KPIs.
∙ Collaborate with NDIS (Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants and stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.
∙ Organize and oversee training and development programs to enhance service. Delivery and
participant satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Certificate in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Strong understanding of the disability, injury or similar personal care industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients at once.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM software and client services portals
- Ability to work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of community resources required to support clients with their disability support plans.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base, understanding the different support needs of clients based on their abilities, cultural backgrounds, and language requirements.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.
