Compliance Officer

Join our growing compliance team at 3 Oaks Gaming as a Compliance Officer. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of multi-jurisdictional projects, gaining exposure to different regulatory environments while helping shape our global operations.

Requirements

• Appropriate degree (business, legal, or compliance).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an online gaming business.
• Sound understanding of B2B compliance requirements applicable to the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Romania, Malta, and Greece.
• Self-driven and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic, with a focus on accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Team player who thrives in a multicultural and multinational environment.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent attention to detail and accountability, with the ability to work independently.
• Skilled at prioritising competing workloads and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance operations across new and existing jurisdictions.
• Conduct compliance research and provide guidance to the business.
• Monitor industry news, trends, and regulatory changes, and update the team accordingly.
• Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Prepare and submit license applications, renewals, and game registrations for various jurisdictions.
• Monitor post-licensing obligations and ensure ongoing adherence to license conditions.
• Build compliance matrices, track obligations across jurisdictions, and support the wider compliance team.
• Prepare reports and submissions to regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance on compliance-related matters and provide hands-on support across projects.

You will work closely with:
