- Welcome and onboard new members with a personalized approach
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries and needs
- Proactively engage with members to foster meaningful connections
- Monitor and maintain community health metrics
- Create and implement member retention strategies
Content Management & Communication (30%)
- Create weekly community digest emails and in-platform summaries
- Edit and repurpose live stream content for community engagement
- Coordinate with designers on promotional materials for new offerings
- Collect and curate member questions for upcoming live streams
- Maintain a content calendar for consistent community engagement
Growth & Revenue Generation (30%)
- Guide free-tier members through the upgrade journey to our Premium tier ($399/year)
- Identify and act on opportunities to showcase Premium benefits
- Track and optimize conversion rates from free to paid memberships
- Develop and implement member upgrade campaigns
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in community management, customer success, or related field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with experience in project management
- Proficiency in community management and content creation tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Technical Skills
- Experience with community platforms (specify which ones you use)
- Proficiency in content management systems
- Basic video editing capabilities
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms
- Understanding of analytics and reporting tools
