Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Community Manager to join our team. As the Community Manager, you will be the frontline representative, providing exceptional customer support primarily through Discord and Telegram. Your responsibilities will include resolving tickets, managing Discord communities, and engaging directly with customers, all while maintaining excellent written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer support primarily through Discord and Telegram platforms.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and tickets in a timely manner.
  • Manage and nurture Discord communities, fostering engagement and building relationships with community members.
  • Act as a direct point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all written communications with customers and community members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address customer needs proactively.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or community management roles, preferably in a tech-related industry.
  • Proficiency in using Discord and Telegram as primary communication platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable facing customers directly and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Accent or language proficiency is not a requirement, but clear communication is essential.
