Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing communities, particularly within the AI and machine learning sectors. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with community members, facilitate discussions, and drive community growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and grow our AI/machine learning community. Facilitate meaningful discussions, answer queries, and foster a sense of belonging among community members.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage content to keep the community informed and engaged. This includes articles, newsletters, webinars, and social media posts.
- Event Management: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events such as webinars, workshops, hackathons, and meetups to promote community engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from the community to inform product development and community initiatives. Provide regular reports on community trends, engagement, and sentiment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to ensure community activities align with company goals and objectives.
- Support: Provide support to community members by addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and connecting them with resources and experts.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Community Manager, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning communities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, trends, and technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse group of community members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using community management tools, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
