Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Sales Manager to manage our sales requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships in the commercial sector. This role requires a deep understanding of technology solutions, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful B2B sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve commercial sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set realistic revenue goals and objectives.
  • Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and motivate team members to achieve goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to proactively address client concerns and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the commercial sector.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint sales initiatives and enhance market reach.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial sales performance metrics to assess team and individual effectiveness.
  • Implement corrective actions and improvements as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on commercial sales activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the commercial sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s technology products and services.
  • Provide training and resources to the commercial sales team to enhance their product knowledge.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of commercial sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with commercial clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.


What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Commercial Sales Manager in the technology field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial sector dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
