Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cold Caller to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients in the UAE market to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team and management. You will be provided with a list of contacts and a script to follow, ensuring a consistent and effective outreach approach. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to engage prospects without any discernible accent. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to a provided list of potential clients within the UAE market.
  • Follow a prepared script to introduce our services/products and qualify prospects.
  • Articulate our value proposition clearly and concisely to potential customers.
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs.
  • Effectively handle objections and answer basic inquiries.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team and/or management with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of the script and the quality of leads.
  • Stay updated on our service/product offerings and any relevant market information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or non-discernible accent in English. This is crucial for effectively engaging with the UAE market.
  • Ability to follow a script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
  • Strong listening and questioning skills to understand prospect needs.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to effectively manage call volumes and follow-ups.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or the ability to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while staying connected with the team.
  • Familiarity with the UAE business culture and market is a plus.
