Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Drive business growth by conducting high-volume cold calls to prospects in B2B markets, ensuring a consistent flow of new leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Quickly qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process, leveraging your cold-calling efforts to engage prospects and identify sales opportunities.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with decision-makers, ensuring smooth transitions to the sales team for further engagement.
  • CRM Expertise: Maintain detailed records of cold call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and track progress within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Pipeline Management: Keep an active pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous movement through the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account executives and sales managers to align on market targets, share insights, and refine outreach strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Input: Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve cold-calling techniques, scripts, and lead engagement strategies.
  • Results-Focused: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for cold calls, lead qualification, and appointment-setting, driving measurable success.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding cold-calling goals and sales KPIs.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, dialers, email outreach tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication skills, with the ability to overcome objections and engage decision-makers.
  • Remote-Ready: Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time and tasks independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and other tools necessary to stay organized and productive in a remote work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail when updating CRM systems and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales through cold calling.
