Are you passionate about inspiring young learners? Do you thrive on supporting students in a way that sparks genuine learning magic? bina is seeking a resourceful, compassionate, and collaborative Co-Teacher ready to help deliver a personalised, joyful learning experience to children aged 4–12.
You’ll work alongside Lead Teachers, supporting live online classes in small international classrooms. You’ll help create a nurturing environment, contribute to content development, and play an active role in refining bina’s innovative educational approach during core CET hours.

What a bina Co-Teacher Does
- Support Lead Teachers to deliver an outstanding, personalised educational experience to each student and their families
- Collaborate on content curation and creation, continuously refining your craft alongside fellow educators
- Supervise and support small student groups during live lessons
- Foster a harmonious, inclusive learning environment for children and adults alike
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of bina’s education team
- Provide timely, thoughtful daily feedback on student progress
- Keep ethical considerations central to your work
- Engage in product and company development initiatives suited to your expertise
- Help build scalable processes that improve future bina classrooms
- Use student and team feedback to develop and adapt teaching strategies
- Collaborate closely with the entire bina team to support shared success

What You Must Bring to This Role
To be considered, you must:
- Have demonstrable experience educating primary/K–6 students
- Have international experience as an educator (teaching English as a Foreign Language only is not sufficient)
In addition, you offer:
- Experience working with children aged 4–12 in structured educational settings such as schools, camps, or tutoring
- A growth mindset and eagerness to embrace new digital EdTech tools
- Strong cultural awareness to help maintain bina’s diverse, inclusive classrooms
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Alignment with bina’s values, ethics, and mission-driven approach
- First language English (bonus points for additional languages)
