CMMS Administrator

As a CMMS Administrator you will input and maintain data in a Customer Support Ticket Software (Team Support / JIRA) and in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS – Asset Essentials). You will work with leadership teams to develop reporting that will be customer facing and for internal use. This data will help to track completion of support related items and provide data to support a large customer base in automation and engineering.

  • Updating Customer information and system configuration based on changes made through upgrades and revisions or retrofits.
  • Creating new templates and information gathering tools for field and resident teams to report in issues or system events.
  • Reviews current processes with leadership for continuous improvement of all three systems and integration support.
  • Works with vendors for each of the systems for training and implementation of the systems.
  • Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reports as they relate to Customer Support Ticket.
  • Work with Training and leadership teams to develop and implement SOPs, materials for support, and information gathering forms that support both the customer reporting and the internal teams in event management.
  • Manage projects and tasks assigned by leadership teams within schedule and inform the team of implementations to the systems administered

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional customer service, remote support, team reporting, and time management skills
  • Stellar verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills that allow for collaboration across a diverse group of people
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of ticketing systems for end user support
  • Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems
  • Understanding of key performance indicators and generating reporting based upon those factors
  • Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus
  • Experience working in a maintenance environment or in support of one
