The Opportunity: Client Success & Sales Support Leader

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Client Success & Sales Support Leader to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be a linchpin for our business development efforts-owning client relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our reach in strategic markets, optimize sales processes, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is more than just a support role: you’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a trusted point of contact for our clients, and a key driver of our business expansion and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Success & Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented responses.
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
    • Gather and track client feedback, collaborating with the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Sales Growth & Team Support:
    • Identify opportunities for sales growth and actively support the sales team in achieving ambitious targets.
    • Assist the BDM in executing and tracking the sales pipeline for the region.
    • Monitor team progress toward goals and provide regular, actionable updates to management.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Streamline follow-up processes and ensure timely completion of all sales-related tasks.
    • Coordinate appointment booking and route planning for sales representatives to maximize efficiency and impact.
    • Prepare and distribute proposals, protocols, and other sales documentation as needed.
  • Market Development:
    • Identify and nurture business opportunities in key markets that do not currently justify dedicated sales rep coverage.
    • Build interest and engagement with potential distribution partners in these markets.
    • Collaborate with the BDM to develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • A proactive, organized professional with a passion for client success and sales support.
  • Experienced in inside sales, executive assistance, or client success roles (2+ years preferred).
  • A natural relationship builder and communicator, adept at fostering trust and driving results.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and route planning tools.
  • Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Hold degrees or have experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams and contributing to business growth.
