Scope of the Role:

We are seeking a Client Intake Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the client intake process and ensure exceptional customer service for our clients.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage client intake process and ensure excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to gather necessary information
• Assist clients with completing required forms and documentation
• Coordinate initial consultations with attorneys
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on case progress

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (Must have)
• 1-3 years of experience in the role.  (Must have)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in customer service or client relations
