Our Client Success Team is an integral component of our service. They are people who work closely with both our customers and engineers to ensure that our platform is providing optimal benefit to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to approach problems from the customer’s perspective, coachable, and true to their word.
Here’s a sample of what you’ll be doing:
- Support new client Implementations and expansions
- Provide ongoing customer support post implementation
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to support and optimize Valer
- Assist with customization of clients’ workflow
- Provide training to users on Valer platform
- Develop close relationships with our customer leadership and users
- Work with the Sales and Executive Teams during sales process.
This position features opportunity for professional growth. Some travel will be required. The company is currently remote, but we expect to pivot to a more hybrid arrangement, allowing for remote employees to travel occasionally to the headquarters in Huntington Beach, California.

Requirements
Your “must have” skills/experience:
- High EQ with capacity to hear both what’s being said and what’s not being said;
- Healthcare experience (1 year minimum*);
- Srong and diplomatic communicator and relationship manager;
- Passionate professionalism;
- Tech savvy and openness to learning some technical aspects of our business;
- Creative and cool-headed problem solver;
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and thrive within ambiguity;
- Collaborator and commitment to being an integral component of delivering our vision.
- Additional skills/experience that would be “nice to have”:
- Startup experience;
- Client support, implementation, and/or services experience;
- Strong written communication and documentation skills;
- Tech, coding, and/or IT background or experience;
- Teaching or coaching experience and skills;
- Project management experience – formal or informal;
- Willingness to have some workweek schedule flexibility.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
