Client Services Representative

Job Responsibilities:

·        Provide the best level of service to our clients and sales agents, assisting all product and order requests.

·        Support clients and sales agents over phone and email on product orders, pricing and availability inquiries, basic technical support and troubleshooting.

·        Process orders accurately and efficiently in Macola ERP system.

·        Locate and delegate stock.

·        Promote quarterly sales promos.

·        Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure orders ship out on time.

·        Update job and product knowledge by participating in educational and technical training opportunities.

·        Special projects as needed.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications / Experience:

·        Strong customer focus and communications skills, over phone and email.

·        Proficient in Macola or experience with other ERP systems, Microsoft Outlook, Office suite.

·        Knowledge of electronics components, technical info, or ability to learn.

·        Ability to problem solve and work with technical data and spec sheets.

·        Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.

·        Ability to work hybrid-remote schedule office independently and in a team in fast paced environment.

  • Work schedule is Hybrid-Remote – In-office (Hawthorne) on Mon-Tues, Remote Weds-Fri
  • Fully remote is available for Out of CA candidates.

Benefits

Pay: $18.00-$21.00/hour
