One of our companies is currently looking for a Client Security Architect in the United States.

This remote role is ideal for a security professional with strong technical acumen and client-facing experience. As a Client Security Architect, you’ll play a crucial role in helping enterprise clients design, implement, and maintain secure technology environments. You will work closely with customers to configure, manage, and troubleshoot security tools, with a focus on Microsoft security products and SIEM technologies. A deep understanding of core IT security principles and the ability to translate complex issues into client-friendly solutions are key to success in this role. This is a West Coast remote position open only to U.S. citizens due to compliance requirements.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide architecture and configuration guidance for endpoint, cloud, and network security tools
  • Support client-facing engagements to resolve service issues and recommend security best practices
  • Manage and monitor tools such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and EDR solutions
  • Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling across customer environments
  • Tune and optimize security tools to align with client-specific use cases and operational needs
  • Advise on regulatory compliance requirements including GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security strategy and operations

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise-grade security tools (SIEM, SSL decryption, malware detection, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft security products: Defender suite, Azure Sentinel, MCAS, and more
  • Strong knowledge of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSec, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud and virtualization platforms (Azure, AWS, VMware)
  • Ability to troubleshoot across multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, Unix)
  • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Preferred certifications: Security+, CEH, Microsoft Security Administrator, Azure Security Engineer
  • Strong communication skills to present technical topics clearly to clients and teams
