About the Role

We’re looking for a client-facing PPC Account / Project Manager who can own relationships with assigned accounts while also contributing to hands-on PPC strategy and campaign execution—especially across Google Ads.

This is a role that combines client communication, project management, and deep PPC expertise. You’ll be the strategic voice on client calls, manage performance reporting, and optimize campaigns across various paid search formats. Over time, you’ll play a vital part in helping scale the PPC team and shape process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your PPC clients and agency partners
  • Lead regular client calls, share performance insights, and present strategic recommendations
  • Proactively manage client updates via email, Slack, and video
  • Execute and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping)
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with internal team members (e.g., design, analytics) for campaign suppor
  • Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Ensure timely responses and smooth coordination across multiple projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on PPC (Google Ads) experience in a digital agency environment
  • 1+ year of client-facing account/project management experience
  • Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax), and performance tracking
  • Proficiency with Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2 level; minimal accent)
  • Confident video call presence with a professional remote work setup
  • Proactive, organized, and highly responsive team player
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities effectively

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Local Services Ads and/or Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • Exposure to Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
  • Basic SEO knowledge or experience collaborating with SEO teams
