  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Promoting the company’s products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborating with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conducting market research and developing client-specific strategies to increase sales.
  • Hosting presentations and demos to showcase the company’s technical capabilities and project management methodologies.
  • Identifying and addressing client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within the software development industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into profitable business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Staying curious and refraining from making assumptions about your prospects.
  • Being proactive in looking for solutions instead of complaining.
  • Being responsible for your results and measuring your performance.
  • Questioning the status quo in a constructive manner.
  • Being supportive to other team members.
