Position Overview:

We’re in search of licensed engineers proficient in site grading, transportation, and wastewater/stormwater projects, as well as design and development of residential and commercial projects. Leveraging your expertise in software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, STAAD, Revit, ETABS, etc., along with your experience in design, site grading, drainage, utilities, and structural and civil design, you’ll collaborate with project teams to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that align with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop site grading layouts and profiles of residential and commercial developments.
Produce production drawings and calculations to support the design and construction of site infrastructure, including grading, drainage, and utilities.
Work with project teams in designing site plans, drainage plans, utility plans, structural designs, civil design and site grading
Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and integrate engineering solutions into overall project plans.
Develop pipe network layouts including stormwater and sewer profiles and plans, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Perform engineering calculations preferably in Hydroflow, Autocad Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, STAAD, ETABS, Tekla, etc.
Design utility connections and routing, considering building and road infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil/structural engineering practice.
US project experience with a diverse range of project types, including residential, small and large commercial developments.
Experience in site grading, drainage, and utility connections.
Advanced to expert proficiency in Engineering Software like Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, STAAD, ETABS, and Tekla usage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in Stormwater & Sewer Analysis (SSA) and Flood Analysis (FA), Site Grading, Structural Design, Civil Design with Transportation (Roads, Bridges, Highways), Stormwater/Wastewater, Residential, and Commercial projects.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours.

Work Sample Requirement:

Grading plans, drainage plans, sitework, and utility plans.
Examples of your own calculations
Experience with Transportation and Stormwater/Wastewater projects
Experience with Residential and/or Commercial projects
Experience in erosion control design is a plus but not required.
