Chief Product Officer (Nepal based)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Product Officer, based in Nepal. As the CPO, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the product vision, strategy, and execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize initiatives that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management function, including product planning, strategy, and execution.
• Drive product roadmap and prioritize product investments based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption.
• Manage and develop a high-performing product team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, leading product management teams.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience in the Israeli market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
