Chief Learning Officer (Qatar based)
We are seeking a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) based in Qatar. As the CLO, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies and programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities throughout the organization. This role is crucial in driving a culture of continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver learning programs that address the development needs of employees at all levels.
- Identify and leverage innovative learning methodologies, technologies, and platforms to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Learning Officer or in a leadership role in learning and development.
- In-depth knowledge of learning principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs using a variety of methodologies.
- Strong understanding of learning technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in learning and development are a plus.
