We are looking for a Chief Diversity Officer based in Denver, Colorado, who will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. This role is crucial for fostering an inclusive culture that attracts, retains, and values diverse talent across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and programs.

2. Lead the development of a DEI vision and strategic plan that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.

3. Collaborate with HR and management to review and revise HR practices to ensure fairness.

4. Conduct training and development sessions on diversity and inclusion practices.

5. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external diversity-related organizations.

6. Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives against measurable goals.

7. Advise senior management on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CDO or in a similar diversity and inclusion leadership role.

2. Demonstrated knowledge of DEI concepts and issues.

3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

5. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

6. Relevant certifications in diversity and inclusion are a plus.
