Compensation: $6 per hour

Work Hours: 60 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 5 days per week)

Overview:

Are you an experienced team leader with a strong background in managing high-performing sales teams—particularly in structured, fast-paced industries such as telecommunications or digital services? We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Chat Sales Team Leader to oversee and empower our remote sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, excels at coaching individuals, and is passionate about driving revenue growth through effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of remote chat-based sales agents to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales initiatives to increase conversion rates and boost client acquisition.
  • Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and introduce improvements to enhance team productivity and output.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide consistent support, mentoring, and feedback to individual team members to help them grow and succeed.
  • Client Account Oversight: Ensure smooth communication and satisfaction across key client accounts; address concerns or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare performance reports as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments—including operations, marketing, and product teams—to align on growth strategies.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on relevant trends, tools, and tactics that can enhance team performance or service delivery.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all team operations follow company policies, workflows, and relevant guidelines.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role leading remote or on-site sales teams in high-volume, performance-driven settings (e.g., telco, digital, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets, preferably in chat or messaging-based platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams through clear and constructive communication.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Proven track record of staying effective and focused in demanding or high-pressure scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Familiarity with communication and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Discord, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on growth-focused projects.
