The Loadsensing monitoring solution includes best-in-class edge devices, LoRa-based wireless connectivity and a cloud-based connectivity management platform. We also join forces with key industry players to offer software applications and solutions which engineering service providers use to add value to end customers.

We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Channel Account Manager (Benelux & Nordics) to join our Worldsensing team.

Department: Product Sales

Reports to: EMEA Sales Director

Contract: Permanent

Location: Remote (Benelux region or UK)

The Mission:

She/He will make sure that the products are made available in the international markets she/he is responsible for by having a clear view of what the customers need for each month and help the business predictability.

Responsibilities:

  • To identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries. The 2 different areas will be Civil Engineering and Mining.
  • To plan, design, develop, and implement different sales activities by researching the customer’s needs and requirements.
  • To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customers.
  • Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, and sales, and within the given time scales.
  • To constantly review the distributor’s performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.

Requirements

  • General business training and you have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position internationally and in the sale of services and equipment.
  • Successful business experience in the field of sensors or/and on any of the Worldsensing sectors: Civil engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Environment.
  • An engineering degree is a plus.
  • A strong geotechnical background will be a strong advantage for this position.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available to travel at least 40-50% of the time.
