Change Management Coordinator

Working Schedule: 9am-5pm Canberra, AU time zone

Location: ACT, Australia (Remote possible depending on skills)

This role reports to the Director, Architecture and HPRG Delivery and will function as part of a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to deliver projects from initial planning to implementation, ensuring well-coordinated and efficient execution of all change aspects.
  • Utilize various project management tools to track project status, risks, and issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and write status reports as required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to determine project scope and priorities.
  • Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships within teams, business areas, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend team meetings and act as the point of contact to report progress and issues back to the Director.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback or address concerns.
  • Support teams in following agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of solutions during the hypercare period to identify issues or areas for optimization.
  • Document reported hypercare issues and their resolution status, escalating issues to teams for further investigation and resolution as required.

Requirements

Must be an Australian citizen with baseline security clearance

Desirable Experience:

  • Project Management certification.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Federal government.
  • Prior experience in the delivery of IT projects.
