Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite & Finance

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite/Finance to join our Business Technology team.  This is a hands-on techno-functional position that requires a strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices and how they operate within NetSuite. In addition to core accounting expertise, you will be responsible for partnering with the finance team to create solutions to everyday business problems.  To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience with core NetSuite process flows and modules, NetSuite customisation and reporting functionality.

What you will do: 

  • Assist finance users with requests and problems in the ERP system
  • Build reports and searches to meet finance team requirements
  • Basic NetSuite ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.)
  • Partner with the Finance team and the Business Technology team to build solutions to business problems
  • Coordinate projects with the Finance team and development resources
  • Assist Finance team in streamlining work streams in the ERP 
  • Work to improve automation of existing manual processes for Finance users

This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in MST, CST, or EST.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 2+ years NetSuite experience
  • 2+ years accounting experience/education
  • Strong functional knowledge of core accounting processes as they relate to NetSuite ERP
  • Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and experience operationalizing them
  • Experience working with OneWorld/multi-subsidiary multinational organizations operating on NetSuite
  • Good communication skills
  • Solid time management/project management skills

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1: $115,000.00 – $128,000.00 
  • Region 2: $109,000.00 – $122,000.00
  • Region 3: $103,000.00 – $115,000.00
