Business/System Analyst (Investment&Crypto Product)

We are seeking a talented Business/System Analyst to join our Investment Product Development Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing investment products within our digital banking platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to analyze business requirements, define system specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of investment solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for investment products.
  • Collaborate with product manager and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of investment products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for investment products post-implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst. Alternatively, a similar role in the financial services industry, preferably in invest companies or digital banking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python.
  • Familiarity with UML: ability to create, read and interpret sequence diagrams
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts.
  • Confident written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of investment products, and financial markets.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is. We use Jira + Notion
  • Understanding product metrics
  • Familiarity with Amplitude
