Business/System Analyst (Banking Product)

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business/System Analyst to take on the responsibility of analyzing and improving our Banking product The primary task involves immersing oneself in all user scenarios of the product, identifying pain points, process inefficiencies, and proposing and delivering enhancements to optimize processes.

Key Tasks:

• Taking a part in organizing team processes and creating new ones.
• Collaborate with the product team to manage the full lifecycle of the systems and services: from concept via implementation to go-live and support.
• Work with the core teams that support card payments, transfers, document generation, app authorisation, origination, anti-financial crime, security streams.
• Maintain our knowledge base and act as a gateway for other teams to access new processes.
• Communicate with English-speaking partners to ensure smooth collaboration on implemented solutions, as well as assess the new potential integration.

Requirements

• 3 + years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous flow, especially with RPC and Kafka.
• Ability to comprehend JSON and proto files.
• Strong visualization skills to effectively communicate ideas and describe systems.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
• Confident written and spoken English skills.
• A creative mindset and can-do attitude, always striving to achieve the best results.
