Role Description

As a Business Solution Module Expert specializing in SAP S/4HANA Finance/Accounting, your role involves working alongside our clients to analyze and define business requirements and processes, crafting solution designs, and assisting in the configuration of this specific module. Beyond client projects, you will contribute to our global practice and enhance existing SAP Fioneer solutions.

Your responsibilities encompass the following:

• Business Requirements Analysis: Support clients in analyzing business requirements and creating product backlogs for SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, covering areas such as S/4HANA FI, AA, AP, AR, MM, etc.
• Design and Configuration: Take charge of designing and configuring SAP processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards like IFRS9, HGB, and other relevant guidelines.
• Custom Enhancements: Assist in developing functional specifications and solution designs for custom enhancements as needed.
• Financial Reporting: Demonstrate expertise in addressing typical financial reporting requirements.
• Data Migration: Leverage your experience in data migration, particularly in transitioning from ECC to SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with our global sales teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.

This role offers flexible working locations, including Munich, Walldorf, Berlin, or remote work from anywhere in Germany or Austria, with occasional travel as required.

Your Impact

You drive more efficient digital processes within the module functionalities for our customers and are a key contributor to both the implementation and the further development of the module. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the solutions we develop are seamlessly implemented and integrated into the existing infrastructure of our clients.

Requirements

• Education: A university degree or an equivalent level of work experience.
• Finance and Accounting Expertise: Several years of practical experience in Finance and Accounting.
• SAP ERP Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Accounting Process Proficiency: A strong understanding of the accounting processes related to the solution.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Configuration: Previous experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Customer-Centric Skills: Possess positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English.
