For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, Payments, remotely from Lithuania.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting payments-related data to drive business insights and decisions. You will work closely with product teams and other departments to develop reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities for optimizing payment processes. This role is critical in helping improve payment efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth through data-driven insights. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making and product development, helping the company scale and enhance user experience.
Accountabilities:
- Lead data collection and integration projects within the payments domain.
- Develop and maintain performance reports, providing insights into payment performance and transaction volumes.
- Monitor key payment performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to optimize payment processes and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with payment ops, product teams, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, finance, banking, consulting, or similar sectors.
- Strong SQL skills with a desire to continuously improve.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex data in an easily understandable way.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
