Together We Will:
- Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients;
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals;
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them;
- Manage commercial proposals and developing business opportunities;
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts;
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely business development activity reports to management;
- Provide key feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs;
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Requirements
What You Need:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development;
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2) + Fluent Ukrainian;
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities;
- Experience in conducting Discovery calls;
- Have successful closed deals;
- Experience in building the business development strategy from scratch;
- Experience in finding cold leads and converting them into customers;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
Would be a plus:
- Experience working for an outstaffing or outsourcing company.
- Great sense of humor.
