Requirements

As a Business Development Representative at Single Grain, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and nurturing qualified leads through the sales funnel. You will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, understanding prospect needs, providing strategic solutions, and collaborating with our client services team to ensure client success. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and optimization of our sales processes, create sales enablement materials, and provide regular reports on the health of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Responds to inbound leads lightning fast and gets meetings booked with sales stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads through various stages of the sales funnel by identifying potential clients and initiating contact.
  • Creative Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to engage with prospects.
  • Needs Assessment: Uncover prospect needs and goals, collaborating with the client services team to provide tailored strategic solutions.
  • Sales Briefs: Document prospect information and requirements by creating detailed sales briefs to aid the team in the development of proposals.
  • Pipeline Reporting: Provide regular reports on the daily, weekly, and monthly health of the sales pipeline, including lead conversion rates and revenue forecasts.

Prior Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar business development or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
